We hope you love your Jing products and the calm moments they bring to your space. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

We are unable to accept returns based on personal scent preferences, as fragrance is a highly individual experience.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

To begin a return request, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the request has been processed.

Sale & Discounted Items

All items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are unable to provide price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional period.

Third-Party Purchases

This return policy applies only to items purchased directly through our website. If you purchased a Jing product through a retailer or marketplace, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
